Makenna

I got to meet another fabulous family last weekend! I love having this "hobby" and I say "hobby" because I refuse to call it a job...I love this too much!


I can hardly wait to introduce you to Makenna! But before I do---I have to say how much fun her parents were! You could just see their love for one another during the session---they joked back and fourth and both had that look of utter bliss for their brand new baby girl.

Sweet Makenna was born November 30 (just two days after my own sweet little boy minus 2 years). Makenna knew how to make an entrance and she was certain she was going to arrive before her due date (which was supposed to be just after Christmas). She was a little preemie and still is a little peanut at just 8 lbs.

Makenna's mom and grandma knew how to rock this session. They came prepared with a nest, tutu, head bands, fabric and the list goes on. I love having input/ideas from the client, after all these are your photos! I do have to thank Makenna's grandma for gifting me the fabric and nest after the session. The nest will CERTAINLY make another appearance. Thank you, thank you.

Without further to do, here is a beautiful baby girl for your viewing pleasure and Makenna's dad would like to say, "Ya know she is 50% me." Seems dad is partial to his good looks. :)
