Lucy---6 days new

Baby girl Lucy ties with one other little boy for the youngest newborns I have photographed.

Meet Lucy---6 days new.

I love this blanket, it was hand-made by Grandma.

Lucy slept during most of her session, but I did manage to get this one of her wide awake.

I have a thing for tiny baby feet.

Mom purchased this next adorable outfit.

Newborn smiles melt.my.heart.

A little look from behind the scenes.

A simple tutu is too precious.

Congratulations Tessa and Andy on the birth of Lucy. Happy baby gift!

Aidan (9 Months)

No words needed for this cutie! (and I love his onesie).

This little guy didn't smile much, turns out he was AMAZED by the camera, but how cute is this next one? LOVE IT!
Or how about this next one?
And here is the family of three!

Carter & Cooper

Carter and Cooper debuted on the blog a couple months back in  a "Gone Fishin" post. I also shot the two of them last summer and last fall---I guess that's the perk they get for having an Aunt as a photographer. Some days I am sure they would prefer me to have another hobby---but as they may wish, they give me these adorable photos.

Sixty Family

Meet the Sixty Family! Mom Amy is my co-worker. Lucky for her getting to spend the whole week with me every week. Session #2 on the coldest day of the year. I was just glad I had my warm coat on while snapping these... BRRRR I am cold just thinking back to the day.
Funny...or not so funny, it was so cold they had to hold their breath for their photos so they wouldn't see their breathe in the phoros.
I can't take credit for the kiss candy cane idea...all their idea.

This next one is an example of what I have clients do to warm up in this cold.
One of my favorite family photos of all time. So simple, so sweet.

Schantzen Family

This family is the first of three sessions that braved the cold last Saturday morning. I am pretty sure this was the coldest temperatures I have have ever shot in...I had warmers in boots and in my pockets, but still nothing could take the chill out of air---it was COLD!

Congrats Schantzen Family for making it through your session!

Ruthie (9 days shy of 6 months)

I am so happy I finally got to give my baby gift to Call family. Ruthie touches my heart near and dear...she was a premature baby. I met her mom and dad through the March of Dimes almost 2 years ago. They are such great people. With a loss of a of Ruthie's premature big brother 6 years ago mom Emily and Tim were blessed with Ruthie nearly 6 months ago, they truly know the meaning of a miracle.

Ruthie...is WAY too sweet for words.

And let the photo marathon begin! (I just couldn't choose what to post)

Gotta love this fluff from behind!

Cutest Santa hat---she is hiding adorable matching leggings.
If you are a follower of my photography, you know that I never get tired of shooting the ten piggies...baby feet are so cute! :)
This next one melts my heart! Ruthie, you are such a beauty!

Saved the best for last...

I am glad I kept shooting, this is the last photo I took---probably my favorite of the day.
